Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it and the stock has been reserved. If an item becomes unavailable before confirmation, the order will not go through for that item.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are shown before you complete checkout.

Availability

Our selection rotates and quantities are often limited. Product listings describe items as accurately as we can; small variations in colour or packaging can occur.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup orders should be collected within 14 days of being marked ready. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by carriers.
