7-day returns

What's eligible

Items returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery, unused, in their original packaging and with all included accessories. Final-sale, hygiene-sensitive and personalised items can't be returned.

How to start

Email us with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and arrange pickup or a return drop-off in Ottawa.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right.
