What we collect
Your name, email, phone number (if given) and, for delivery orders, your address. If you create an account we also store your profile details. We keep a record of the orders you place.
How we use it
To process and fulfil orders, arrange pickup or delivery, answer your questions, handle returns and — if you subscribe — send occasional updates about new arrivals.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store, such as our payment processor and delivery partners.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
Security
Order and account data is stored in a managed database with access controls in place. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
